Costco’s done it again—they’ve come out with a new cheesecake, and this time it’s a Strawberry Streusel Cheesecake. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have to admit, it’s really good. You still get that classic, creamy Costco cheesecake base, but now it’s layered with sweet strawberry jam and topped with buttery streusel crumbs. It feels like the perfect little treat for spring.
The Kirkland Signature Strawberry Streusel Cheesecake clocks in at 4.5 pounds (yes, really), and every bite is rich and satisfying. It’s made with a smooth vanilla cheesecake filling over a lightly sweet graham cracker crust, with that strawberry jam and crumbly streusel on top tying everything together.
One thing to keep in mind—while Costco’s ingredient list is shorter than a lot of store-bought cheesecakes, it does include high fructose corn syrup. So if that’s something you’re trying to avoid, just a heads-up. The listed allergens are egg, milk, and wheat, so it’s not one for folks with those sensitivities.

Which locations carry Costco’s Strawberry Streusel Cheesecake?
The best way to find out if your local Costco carries it, is to check the Costco app or call your local Costco and ask. It’s Costco item #1933181. Visit costco.com to find your warehouse contact information. If your local Costco carries it, you’ll find it in the refrigerated section of the bakery department. This is a limited time product but hopefully it becomes a seasonal item.
What about allergens in the KS Strawberry Streusel Cheesecake?
