Are the Tupperware Heritage products dishwasher safe?
Costco’s website states that the Tupperware Heritage line is dishwasher safe. Some online reviewers from various sites (Amazon, Target) mentioned that these are completely dishwasher safe, some said it was only top-rack dishwasher safe because the lids shrank, and others played it safe and just hand washed them.
Are the Tupperware Heritage products microwave safe or freezer safe?
No. The Heritage Tupperware line is NOT microwave safe and is NOT freezer safe.
How does the Tupperware lid work?
- The Tupperware lids use a one touch closure method.
- Align the lid over the entire container and apply pressure to the center of the lid (which will push all sides down at once).
- The seal will snap on and stay in place.
- If you apply pressure unevenly and try to walk the lid closed along the sides, the lid will not close properly.
