I stopped by Costco a few nights ago to pick up a rotisserie chicken for dinner but they were out, so I grabbed this Sushi Gourmet Orange Shrimp Yakisoba from the deli instead. I wanted something super quick to reheat and since this only took 5 minutes to cook, it was a convenient solution. By the way, this might be available in just select Seattle-area Costco warehouses and select New York Costco warehouses (while supplies last).
I wasn’t sure what to expect but I had a bunch of sauces at home in case the family didn’t like it. Instead of microwaving it, I chose to stir fry the veggies and noodles in a large skillet. I was so happy that the Orange Shrimp Yakisoba by Sushi Gourmet was actually good. The yakisoba had a nice chew to it and a mild flavor and the shrimp had a little crunch to it since I cooked it in the air fryer. I used the orange sauce as a dip and it was sweet and tangy. The package says there are 4-5 servings but it didn’t feel like there was enough shrimp for 5 people.
How much is the Orange Shrimp Yakisoba?
The Sushi Gourmet Orange Shrimp Yakisoba costs $19.89, but prices may vary by location. The package weighs in at around 2.5 lbs (40.04 oz).
