The Kirkland Signature Strawberries and Cream Bar Cake from the Costco bakery is a festive-looking cake that delivers on the strawberry and cream filling. While it is delicious, I did find the actual cake part of it a little dry.
The Kirkland Signature Strawberries and Cream Bar Cake is a white cake with a strawberry filling, sweet whipped cream, and icing with white chocolate curls and dominos. Costco’s cake weighs in around 2.88 pounds (or 46 ounces). For those with allergies, it does contain wheat, egg, milk, and soy and is produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame.
