Another version of Costco’s famous cheesecake is popping up at select Costco stores: Kirkland Signature Mixed Berry Cheesecake! This 5.63 pound cheesecake has a graham crust, rich cheesecake filling, sour cream layer, and a mixed fruit topping of cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries. If you like Costco’s plain cheesecake and you love berries, then you’ll probably like this cheesecake, too.
The Kirkland Signature Mixed Berry Cheesecake has a fruit layer that is a sweet puree of cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries with bits of real fruit. The fruit topping enhances the creamy cheesecake filling. The only disappointing part for me is the bland graham crust.
