La Boulangerie Blueberry Cheesecake Caramelized Croissants from Costco Business Center are buttery, decadent treats made with real butter and cream cheese. The croissant gets nicely crisp yet tender in the oven and the dusting of sugar gives it a nice caramelization. It’s topped with a sweet cream cheese filling (which I could have used more of) and tart blueberries.
The La Boulangerie Blueberry Cheesecake Caramelized Croissants can be found in the freezer section of select Costco Business Centers for a limited time. The Costco package includes 8 individually wrapped croissants.
