*UPDATE* 3/27/24. It’s back again for a limited time!
As much as I love Costco’s plain cheesecake, this Lemon Meringue Cheesecake from Costco is a whole new obsession. It’s a thinner version of Costco’s regular cheesecake topped with a delightfully sweet and tangy lemon filling and a fluffy creamy meringue. It is so good but super sweet.
The Lemon Meringue Cheesecake looks like it would have a crunchy meringue since it’s toasted, but it is pillow-y soft.
While the Kirkland Signature Lemon Meringue Cheesecake is quite delicious, the ingredient list is quite long and *sigh*, it has high fructose corn syrup and many unpronounceable ingredients. For those with allergies, it does contain wheat, eggs, soy, and milk.
How much is Costco’s Lemon Meringue Cheesecake?
*UPDATE* 3/27/24.
The Kirkland Signature Lemon Meringue Cheesecake costs $21.99, but prices may vary by location. This cheesecake weighs in at around 3.88 lbs (62 oz)!
Which locations carry Costco’s Lemon Meringue Cheesecake?
I purchased mine at the Covington, Washington Costco in the refrigerated section of the bakery department. The best way to find out if your local Costco carries it, is to call your local Costco and ask. It’s Costco Item #1658416. Visit costco.com to find your warehouse contact information. This is a limited time product but hopefully it becomes a seasonal item.
What about allergens in the KS Lemon Meringue Cheesecake?
You will find the allergens labeled on each package. The allergens listed are wheat, egg, milk, and soy. And it’s produced on equipment that also processes peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. If you have rare allergies, please carefully read the ingredient list for information. Be sure to check the label every time you purchase it, in case the ingredients in the recipe change.
