The Kirkland Signature Everything Seasoning Breaded Cod from Costco is my new favorite easy dinner. If you’re a fan of ‘Everything Bagel Seasoning’, then you might enjoy this fish. Besides the great seasoned flavor, it crisps up nicely in the oven or air fryer. This cod is great served with some wild rice or on a bun with some coleslaw. And, it’s really delicious as a fish taco!
Costco’s Price and Sale Dates

I’m not sure if Costco will raise this price once the Hot Buys sale starts so it may cost more.
The Kirkland Signature Everything Seasoning Breaded Cod 2.5 lbs will be on sale at select Costco locations for $13.89, from April 1, 2023 through April 8, 2023. That is $4 off Costco’s regular price of $17.89. While supplies last. Prices, inventory, and sale dates may vary by location and may change at any time without notice. Cooking Instructions
For the best results, cook from frozen. If thawed, reduce the baking time by 3 to 4 minutes. Oven temperatures may vary so adjust cooking times accordingly.
- OVEN (Conventional)
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with foil. Lightly crumple the foil for extra crispiness. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. - OVEN (Convection)
Preheat oven to 425˚F. Line baking sheet with foil. Lightly crumple the foil for extra crispiness. Bake for 18 to 23 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until internal temperature is at least 145˚F. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. - AIR FRY
Preheat air fryer to 390˚F. Place fish in the air fryer (do not crowd). Fry for 9 to 11 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 145˚F. Let cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving. - For Food Safety: Cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145˚F, using a food thermometer.
