It comes with a chopping blade, a fine reversible disc, and a medium reversible disc so you can chop, purée, slice, and shred. The Elemental 8 has easy to use rubberized controls for high, low, off, and pulse. Plus, the work bowl has measurement markings for easy recipe prep.
The Cuisinart Elemental 8-Cup Food Processor has a feed tube that lets you add ingredients while the processor is going, which is great for drizzling in some oil to make dips and hummus. Yum! You can use the pusher to help move food through the feed tube, so your fingers stay safe. For convenience, the removable parts like the work bowl, blades, and discs are dishwasher safe (top rack only). The food processor base can be wiped down with a damp cloth.
