The Cuisinart Immersion Blender with its attachments makes food prep faster and easier. The stainless steel blending shaft is long and slim so it can reach into pots, pitchers, and bowls to mix and puree sauces and soups. Or, blend up a nice smoothie or cocktail. The illuminated LED variable speed control adjusts speed from low to high and this hand held blender also has a lock button. One thing to note, this immersion blender is not cordless.
