What is the Silver Guard Attachment?
The magnetic Silver Guard attachment is designed to capture most metal objects before they fall into the disposer chamber. This protective feature helps protect your flatware and also prevent damage to the garbage disposal. You will need to add this attachment after you install your food disposer, by guiding the attachment between the support flange and upper mount ring.
Bio-Shield Antimicrobial feature!
Bio-Shield Antimicrobial is an interesting antimicrobial agent that is permanently molded into the “wet” components of the garbage disposal. It aids in eliminating bacteria-caused odors and inhibiting the growth of a wide range of micro-organisms.
