Costco’s Kirkland Signature Supreme Cauliflower Crust Pizza is still around so it looks like it’s a winner! You get a crispy, gluten-free cauliflower crust topped with a rich tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, zucchini, plus some roasted red, yellow, and green bell peppers and Parmesan and Romano cheeses. Don’t worry, the crust doesn’t taste like cauliflower. It’s actually crispy and tasty!
KS Cauliflower Crust Pizza Review
If you’re looking for a good gluten-free combination pizza, then this pizza will probably fit the bill. It’s got a great crust with a little bit of chew along with a good variety of toppings. It’s a little bit salty for me, but my family loved it.
If you’re looking for a replacement to Costco’s discontinued Food Court Combo Pizza then this is not it. Obviously the crust is different, but also the veggies are highly seasoned and roasted on this frozen pizza whereas the veggies had a nice, fresh crunch on the food court pizza. Plus, toppings on the food court pizza were piled on but not so much on the frozen pizza.

Cooking Instructions: KS Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Cooking Instructions for Conventional Oven:
Heat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Remove overwrap and cardboard, and place frozen pizza directly on center oven rack. Bake for 17 to 19 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown. Let pizza cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
Cooking Instructions for Convection Oven:
Heat oven to 425˚F (220˚C). Remove overwrap and cardboard, and place frozen pizza directly on center oven rack. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until cheese is golden brown. Let pizza cool for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
For best results, cook pizza from frozen and do not use a baking sheet.
Ovens may vary so adjust baking time and temperature as needed.
For food safety and quality purposes, the product should be heated to 160˚F.
