The KitchenAid 6-Quart Bowl Lift Mixer from Costco is a workhorse in the kitchen. It can mix dough for up to 13 dozen cookies, according to KitchenAid! It can also knead bread dough or whip up meringue.
This newer model has 11 speeds versus 10 speeds of previous years model at Costco. The extra speed is actually 1/2 speed, which is designed for gently folding in delicate ingredients without overbeating.
This KitchenAid stand mixer can assist with your food prep and includes a spiral dough hook, coated flat beater, wire whip, flex edge beater, and a pouring shield. This mixer has a power hub that fits more than 10 optional attachments from food grinders to pasta makers and more (which are sold separately).

Care and Cleaning Instructions
- Do NOT immerse the stand mixer body in water or other liquids.
- Allow stand mixer to completely cool before putting on or taking off parts, and before cleaning it.
- Turn the stand mixer to “0” (off) and then unplug it.
- Wipe the stand mixer body with a damp, soft cloth.
- DISHWASHER SAFE: Stainless steel bowl.
- TOP RACK DISHWASHER SAFE: Flex edge beater, Flat beater, Dough hook, and Pouring shield.
- HAND WASH ONLY using warm soapy water and drying thoroughly: Wire whip.
- Please follow all precautions listed in your mixer’s manual.
