This is my weekly series that will keep you up to date on what’s new at Costco, what deals are ending soon and other good things.
One new item I spotted at Costco this week is Fishpeople Alder Smoked Wild Salmon Chowder and you can even eat it right out of the pouch. Simply submerge the pouch in boiling water for 7 minutes, rip off the top and enjoy. It’s also microwavable for 3 minutes (cut a 1″ vent in top). The smoked salmon is poached in a chowder with sweet onions, fennel, thyme, organic sage and other real seasonings. You get two 14-ounce packs for $9.69, for a total of four servings. One serving has 210 calories, 13g total fat, 55mg cholesterol, 450mg sodium, 2g dietary fiber, 3g sugar, and 8g protein. Item #966264.

The most popular post of the week is Adidas Ladies’ Neo Lite Racer Slip-On Shoes. I was really tempted to buy it yesterday but I’m going to wait it out and see if it goes on sale. That probably means that they’ll run out of my size. Anyways, these shoes are extremely lighweight and really pop. It’s currently priced at $24.99. Item #953587.
For those of you shopping at the Covington, WA Costco, check out the roadshows this weekend: Jaseboards Skateboards and Atlas Area Rugs. Plus, there will probably be a lot of organic food samples since the Organic Coupon Book deals have begun.
