How to Use Hand Warmers
- Please read warnings on package before use.
- Remove the pouch from the plastic wrapper. Do NOT open the cloth pouch.
- Shake it for a couple of seconds to mix and activate the contents.
- Place hand warmers in an enclosed area like a jacket pocket or gloves to maximize heat efficiency.
- Hand warmers can take up to 20 minutes to reach maximum heat.
- Dispose of in garbage after use.
WARNING from Manufacturer
- Failure to follow the precautions listed below may result in serious injuries or burns. Only use Hand Warmers as directed.
- Heat Pro Warmers become very hot (up to 74°C/165°F under normal use). Direct contact with skin could result in burns. If warmers are used incorrectly, higher temperatures may occur, causing burns.
- Supervision is needed for use by the elderly, children, and people with sensitive skin.
- People with diabetes, frostbite, scars, open wounds, bruising, swelling or circulatory problems should consult a physician before using Heat Pro Warmers.
- Remove warmers immediately if they become uncomfortable or too hot.
- Do not allow the contents to come in contact with eyes or mouth.
- If contact occurs, wash thoroughly with clean water. Contains iron powder, which can be harmful if swallowed. If contents are swallowed, immediately call a poison control center. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not use Heat Pro Warmers: 1. On infants or people not fully aware of the sensation of heat. 2. Applied directly to your skin for an extended period of time. 3. In oxygen-enriched environments. 4. While sleeping.
